TeamSeer customer feedback will guide software development in year ahead

TeamSeer has received almost 500 responses from a customer satisfaction survey issued to all the users of its software across its entire customer base. The survey was conducted in May 2011 to understand better what users value about Teamseer and what they would most like to see improved in future. The survey results will be used to guide software and service development in the year ahead.

“It’s vital we listen to the concerns of everyone who uses our software – not just HR managers and administrators – but also the end users who use TeamSeer as a tool to manage their own time off,” said Peter Wake, managing director of TeamSeer. “Because we use a software as a service model, we are able to communicate directly with every one of our users to ensure we are in touch with their concerns and remain focused on their needs.”

The survey revealed that Teamseer users value most its ease of use, how it makes team planning straightforward and its ease of access from anywhere over the Internet. Users also requested a number of new features and functionality to make everyday tasks simpler.

Teamseer was shortlisted for the Software Satisfaction Awards 2010 and customer satisfaction remains a priority for the company. “More than 50% of our new customers come to to us via recommendation from existing customers, and the vast majority of them go on to renew their software licences annually. For these reasons, customer satisfaction is a vital measure for us. This survey gives us clear focus on how to increase it.”

TeamSeer plans to issue the customer satisfaction survey annually to guide development and monitor satisfaction levels amongst all its users.
