The TeamSeer camp is buzzing with excitement today and we’d like to share it with you …
For the first time, we are entrants in the National 2010 Software Satisfaction Awards. Needless to say, we’re keen to win and that’s where you come in!
As TeamSeer users, you and all your staff are eligible to vote in the Awards’ online poll. We’re entered in 2 categories and you can vote in both:
Human Resources and Human Capital Management
Paperless Office and Document Management
Voting starts today
The online poll opens today and will run until 14th July. All you have to do is fill in a brief questionnaire on the Software Satisfaction Awards’ website, which will only take you a minute to complete. Simply follow the links above to get started.
Why your feedback is important
As well as being in the running for such prestigious awards, the feedback from the polls will give us vital information to help us improve our service to you.
We receive your comments anonymously from the organisers, and this will help with the future development of the TeamSeer software.
Who can vote for TeamSeer?
Everyone who uses TeamSeer can vote in the online poll. This will give us the opportunity to gather feedback from the people who count – you and all your TeamSeer users.
If you’d like to support us by forwarding this email round your staff, we’d be very grateful. As well as helping us by taking part, it will give them the opportunity to say what they think of TeamSeer.
The Countdown starts here
We’ll be receiving a couple of updates from the Awards’ organisers about the polling, and we’ll keep you in the loop by sending you regular news on our progress. As of today, we’re counting down until the Awards results are announced.
Of course, we’re going to have to do our bit to win this award too, but we never rest on our laurels here at TeamSeer. After the online voting ends, 5 finalists will be shortlisted. We will then be scrutinised by the judges, who will be looking at the quality of the TeamSeer product and for the highest standard of service. The winners will be announced at the Awards’ ceremony on October 7th.
