TeamSeer adds timesheets for NERA compliance in Ireland

TeamSeer has worked with its Irish reseller, CollierBroderick, to develop a timesheet capability for NERA compliance.
Mel Conway, Human Resources Consultant at CollierBroderick, says: “The National Employment Rights Agency (NERA) found that the biggest area of non-compliance for companies is failure to properly record working time and breaks. They are coming down fairly heavily on this as working time and breaks are a health and safety issue.”
TeamSeer’s timesheet module is fully integrated with TeamSeer’s leave and absence framework. It is quick and simple to use and enables managers to sign off the timesheet or dispute it if there is a problem. HR have overall control with a reporting framework to identify issues such as overdue or disputed timesheets.
